Sierra Vista Hospital

This small resort town with a population of 8,000 hosts hundreds of thousands of visitors to its hot air balloon regatta and July 4th fireworks show around Elephant Butte Lake . The mild climate and unspoiled scenery have made this city a top retirement destination.  Truth or Consequences is located just 2 hours south of Albuquerque , 75 miles north of Las Cruces , and 125 miles north of El Paso on Interstate 25.

Sierra Vista Hospital is a 25-bed facility with a 4-bed ED and an annual volume of 5,500 patient visits. Local back-up includes IM, FP, PEDS, SURG, RAD , PSYCH. Full lab is on-site. Ultrasound and CT are on site as well as access to Teleradiology.  T-System is utilized here.

Shifts are 12-48 hours. Currently recruiting physicians for full- and part-time shifts, primarily during the week.

Qualifications:  Emergency Medicine and Primary Care physicians; ACLS w/ Peds experience
