Stillwater Medical Center is a 119-bed, not-for-profit, city-owned acute care general hospital serving patients in a six-county area of north central Oklahoma. Stillwater Medical Center is a regional health care center for Payne County and adjacent counties providing a full, coordinated range of services, consistent with community needs, being distinguished by its quality, service and patient satisfaction.

Stillwater Medical Center is s taffed by over 725 employees, with 70+ physicians representing 22 specialties. Specialized programs include maternity care, intensive care, a 24 hour emergency department, an accredited mammography center and same day surgery. SMC also offers diagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine, MRI, CT, ultrasound, cardiac cath lab, medical fitness, physical, occupational and speech therapy, laboratory, respiratory therapy and pharmacy services.
