Story County Medical Center The Story County Medical Center and long-term care facility is located at 630 6th Street. The medical center provides a broad range of services including a 24-hour emergency room, out-patient/in-patient services, CAT scan, public health and home care services, Women's Health Services, Outpatient Specialty Clinics, and air ambulance for air emergency transport.
