Family Medicine Physician Job with Avera in Aberdeen, SD

This position is located in Eureka, South Dakota.  Avera Eureka Community Health Services is seeking a board certified or board eligible family medicine physician

• Two employed physicians and two  APP providers
• Physician will be employed by Avera St. Luke's Hospital
• Call schedule 7-8 weekdays per month, one weekend per month
• No OB
• New facility that opened in January 2019 consisting of a clinic, hospital and 10 bed assisted living
