Job Summary:  Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is a newly founded team-based physician-led, comprehensive health and wellness clinic in the beautiful area of Gillette, Wyoming. Our company was created to provide prospective healthcare resources to the community and meet the needs of our patient base. We are seeking a compassionate Family Care Physician to permanently join our team of Internists, specialists, and other medical staff. This position will offer a traditional approach  to medicine, as well as concierge, prospective care, and other methods focused on regenerative/ longevity medicine and research. 

Your duties will include ensuring long-term, comprehensive, and prospective care is provided for the patient base. This will include the treatment of common and complex disease and collaboration  with other team members to effectively diagnose complex cases. Family doctors are expected to treat a wide range of medical conditions, develop long-term, personal relationships with their patients, produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient  data, and offer continuous support and health management advice. You should be proactive in building relationships and recommend specialists when patients require treatment outside of your medical purview. Effective teamwork abilities, communication skills, and ethics are highly important at HH&WC. We believe all PCP's should exhibit these skills to help maintain company culture and ensure the best patient care possible. 

  • Develop personal relationships with patients.
  • Create patient-specific health programs that make use of historical data and emerging research/ discoveries. 
  • Monitor and adapt individualized health programs over time.
  • Schedule and administer follow-up examinations.
  • Make use of patient health data in medical analyses.
  • Offer comprehensive wellness exams.
  • Administering vaccinations.
  • Perform medical operations when necessary. 
  • Recommending specialists for treatment outside of their capacity.
  • Educating patients in health management and disease prevention.
  • Offer birthing services when necessary.

Benefits and Compensation
  HH&WC offers a $265,000 base salary with additional incentive opportunities in the fields of tele-health, hyperbaric medicine, research, and more. 

Sign-On Bonus:  $30,000 at the commencement date of contract.

PCP (Family Care) Requirements:

  • Relevant Medical degree.
  • Completion of a 3-year family practice residency.
  • Training in medical areas such as pediatrics, surgery, neurology, psychiatry, internal medicine, gynecology, or  community medicine.
  • Pass an American Board of Specialties examination to acquire board certification in family medicine.
  • Possess or be able to obtain a valid license to practice medicine in the state of Wyoming.
  • Caring, attentive nature.

  • Excellent quantitative skills.
