Orthopaedic Surgery - Trauma Physician Assistant Job with Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville, GA

Northeast Georgia Health System is recruiting a Physician Assistant for Orthopedic Trauma Surgery for our growing Gainesville, GA practice. A Physician Assistant with a passion for excellence in patient care, confident clinical skills, and are team oriented should apply. 

Requirements:

• Physician Assistant must be certified through NCCPA.
• Ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Georgia.
• Ability to manage Orthopedic Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery patients.
• Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives.
• Desire to be part of a fast paced and growing Orthopedic Trauma team.
• Experience preferred.

Orthopedic Program Overview

• The group consists of 4 Orthopedic Trauma Surgeons and 6 Physician Assistants.
• PA will be responsible for clinic, rounding, ER calls and OR time at NGMC Gainesville.
• A robust and supportive onboarding and training program.
• Work with experienced Orthopedists and tenured PAs  
• Learn in a team environment.
• Work in tandem with NGPG Orthopedics at NGMC Gainesville.
• Service area population of 1,200,000
• Full diagnostic imaging
• EMR Platform - EPIC
