Do you have what is takes?

• BC or BE Family Nurse Practitioner
• Ability to obtain an active Georgia medical license
• Desire to be part of an established, but growing practice
• Comfortable performing well and sick visits, and managing chronic concerns for patients 4 years and up
• Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives

Practice Overview:

Partnering Together in Health. Our goal is to deliver comprehensive primary care for patients 4 years and up. This starts with consideration for patient needs, open communication, and competent care.

Personalized & Comprehensive Care.  Whether patients visit us for an annual physical or more pressing concerns, our patient-centered approach to healthcare brings together all specialized services and treatments needed to deliver a truly tailored experience – from diagnosis to long-term disease management.

• Location: Buford,  Georgia
• Hours:
  • M-F:  7:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Open to a four 10-hour schedule
• Staff consists of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners
• Short-term treatment for injuries or illness
• Chronic disease management for concerns like hypertension and diabetes
• Work, school, and sports physicals
• Lab services
• X-Ray
• EKG
• Immunizations, including flu shots
• Easy access to onsite specialists
• Limited call
• EMR Platform – EPIC
