NGPG is an affiliate of Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS). NGPG is currently recruiting Hospital-based AGACNP or PA  to join our growing  Neurosciences  Service Line in Gainesville, GA.

Opportunity Details:

• Successful candidate will be a member of a 6 APP Neuro CC team working in support of a team of 4 Neurointensivists to provide 24/7 coverage of our Neuro ICU.
• Service Line supported by Neurohospitalists and APPs covering the neuro step-down and medical units across two campuses.
• NGPG Neurology includes a team of 9 Outpatient Neurologists and 4 APPs
• 7 days on/7 days off including nights required
• Significant learning opportunities through structured Neuroscience educational sessions, M&M, and GME.
• Rapidly growing Neuroscience service line has doubled in size over the past year and continues to expand volumes, geography, and complexity.
• Comprehensive Stroke Center at our Gainesville campus and Primary Stroke Center at both our Braselton and Barrow campuses

Requirements:

• NP/PA License Required
• Board Certification via AANP or AANC required for Nurse Practitioners
• Acute Care Certification (ACNP or AGACNP) required for NPs.
• Board Certification via NCCPA for Physician Assistants
• Critical Care experience in APP role required (Neurology experience preferred)
