Blessing Health System - multi-hospital, multi-physician group needs another dermatologist.

Compensation:  $550K  plus productivity incentive bonus plan.  A $150K forgivable loan for educational debt will be considered.  $50K Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance will be inlcuded.

Situation:  Blessing Physician Services is a 120+ provider, multi-specialty group affiliated with the not-for-profit Blessing Health System, the largest medical provider serving a 300,000 population region composed of West Central Illinois, Northeast Missouri, and Southeast Iowa.  The System operates Blessing Hospital, a 337-bed regional referral center in Quincy, Illinois, (population 50,000) and Illini Community Hospital, a 25-bed critical access facility in Pittsfield, Illinois, (population 4,200).  The group seeks to add a Dermatologist due to the  obvious community need in this specialty - would be joining  a Mohs trained dermatologist.  Office call only.  The right physician will enjoy strong community support and referrals from more than two dozen primary care providers in this group.    Board Certification is an expectation of all our physicians (BE if recently completed training).    Blessing has been  named by Modern Healthcare as one of the “100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare”, and it ranks among the Nation’s top eight percent “Most Wired” hospitals.
