Bayhealth Medical Group currently has eight Primary Care offices in Kent and Sussex Counties and is looking to expand these practices. This is a 100% out-patient practice with no weekends and light call. Bayhealth Medical Center recently went live with a fully integrated EMR (EPIC) in order to enhance the continuity of care and improve the patient experience.
Bayhealth Medical Center has also undertaken a GME initiative which will see the matriculation of FM and IM residents starting in the summer of 2021. In addition to precepting medical students who rotate from area medical schools, physicians will have the opportunity to interact and participate in the residency programs as faculty and preceptors.
BMG physicians are employed and are offered a base salary, RVU incentives, malpractice, paid time off, paid holidays, CME stipend and paid CME time as well as generous health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance.
