Psycho-Social Oncology Psychologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center!
The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health is seeking applications for a PSYCHO-SOCIAL ONCOLOGY PSYCHOLOGIST. Rank for this clinical track appointment is flexible, dependent on the candidate’s qualifications. The individual selected for this position will be a part of The James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute, which is the patient-care component of The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center. Consistently ranked by U.S. News & World Report as one of the top hospitals in the nation for cancer care, The James is a transformational facility that fosters the collaboration and integration of cancer research and clinical cancer care. The James is the largest cancer hospital in the Midwest and the third largest in the nation. The successful candidate will join a 20+ member Division of Psychology with a health psychology pre-doctoral internship program to: a) provide assessment and treatment; b) participate in the professional education of psychology and other trainees; and c) collaborate with other faculty in scholarly activities.
Applicants must be from an APA- or CPA-accredited doctoral program (with an accredited clinical internship), have at least one year of relevant post-doctoral experience, and be licensed in Ohio by the time of appointment.
