Banner University Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our GI/Hepatology Division and become an integral and active member of our provider team. This is a full-time position, working to support clinic activity with GI and Hepatology. This positon is open to experienced NPs and new grads. Potential opportunties to participate in future funded research exist.
Work Schedule: Full-time. M-F | 8-5 | No Call
As a Nurse Practitioner, this position is involved in clinical management patients, interpretation of diagnostic tests, prescription of medications, education, consultation, and research. This position requires working closely with physicians and other clinicians in a team approach to patient care.
• Current Board Certification
• Current Arizona License
• Critical Care training and experience
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS
• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance
