The University lends an extra energy, culture, and growth to our town, along with the industry that provides ongoing growth.
Murray Calloway County Hospital (MCCH) is a not-for-profit, community-owned hospital, with 152 beds - run by an Administration that is patient-focused yes, but also employee-focused. They are accessible to our physicians - recognizing the importance of a satisfying professional life for our physician staff, as well as a work-life balance. We do not just hire physicians, we hire physicians who want a home for themselves or themselves and their families.
We have a wonderful Endo staff and one hospital-employed GI (and three Surgeons who also perform endoscopes) - we need one more hospital-employed GI to join the team! We have many patients in need of care, and an excellent physician to provide that care.
We do offer a generous compensation package and benefits including relocation of up to $15K, annual CME allowance of $6K, residency and fellowship stipend (if applicable), student loan assistance (if applicable), signing bonus, coverage of Medical License and dues, and malpractice coverage.
