Southern Indiana Surgery (SIS), a regional practice based in Columbus, Indiana is seeking a fellowship trained BC/BE Vascular Surgeon. Candidates must be comfortable with open and endovascular surgery. RPVI credential preferred. The Vascular Surgeons at Southern Indiana Surgery practice at one hospital with their office on campus. Brand new hybrid OR nearing completion. Southern Indiana Surgery serves a market of 7-10 counties.

Southern Indiana Surgery is a group of five general surgeons and two vascular surgeons seeking to expand their current vascular services. They are a well-respected and established private practice. The vascular surgeons are:
Douglas Y Roese, M.D., RPVI, Physician-Owner Vascular Lab, practiced general and vascular surgery in northern Indiana for two years before pursuing a vascular surgery fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. He joined SIS after completing his fellowship in 2003.
Jason W Christie, M.D., RPVI, VP of SIS, Physician-Owner Vascular Lab, completed his general surgery and vascular surgery fellowship at Wake Forest University. His time at Wake Forest included a year of research with a focus on renal artery disease.
