Pueblo Community Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), located in the family-oriented, multicultural town of Pueblo, CO (pop. 150,000) seeks a full or part-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. Their comprehensive team of professionals provides excellent out-patient care for the underserved population.

This facility offers:

  • A starting annual salary of $185,000+ (dependent on experience and with additional productivity based incentive enhancement)

Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 9:00pm and Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, schedule is flexible and negotiable.  Average daily census per provider is 16-18 patients.

This position also offers OB (optional based on provider interest). PCHC is a CenteringPregnancy site--an evidence-based care model for pregnant women which integrates health assessment, education, and support in a group setting.  OB call is five 12-hour shifts per month.

This facility can support a J-1 Visa waiver.

The system has 13 sites which, together, provide medical, dental and behavioral health and two on-site pharmacies and labs.  The main clinic is located in a beautiful, three-story building which operates with all of the latest technology. Parkview Medical Center is located within five miles of the main clinic and is full-service with 250+ beds.OB, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery and more are offered.  The community offers easy access to outdoor activities including work class skiing, hiking, and kayaking, and boating.
