Position:  Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Limited Call!

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) will be clinically supervised and work under the direction of the attending Anesthesiologist. The CRNA will be assigned to treat patients in community hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Scope of Role:

The CRNA will administer anesthetics to patients undergoing surgical procedures.  Duties include, but are not limited to, under the direct supervision, direction and control of the attending Anesthesiologist: Performing pre-anesthetic preparation and evaluation to determine how the anesthetic will affect the patient,  getting supplies and equipment ready for procedures, perform anesthesia induction, maintenance and emergence, perform post and peri-anesthetic clinical support functions, and assuring that an adequate blood supply is on hand in case of an emergency.

All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which OAG is recognized.


  • Completed an accredited Nurse Anesthetist school in the United States.  New graduates welcome!
  • Maintain current certification and an unrestricted license in any US State.
  • Possess current, valid professional liability insurance coverage in such form/amounts required by facility.
  • Have and maintain current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) .
  • Demonstrates current competency in the clinical responsibilities for which the candidate is applying.
  • Display a professional attitude of respect and patient care.
  • Understand and adhere to policy and regulations of each facility.
  • Able to maintain a flexible schedule.
