Pueblo Community Health Center in the family-oriented, multi-cultural town of Pueblo, CO is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our comprehensive team in a Medical Home which provides excellent care for the underserved population. We offer:

The Psychiatric NP/PA will assess, diagnose, and provide psychiatric medication management for individuals and families with psychiatric disorders or the potential for such disorders. This position will not include therapy responsibilities. The outpatient clinical setting will include patients of all ages. Regular hours are Monday through Friday with an attractive salary and extensive benefits package. Experienced clinicians only. 

PCHC has 14 sites that provide medical, dental, and behavioral health services. The main clinic, located in a beautiful, three-story building, operates with the latest technology. A new, state-of-the-art, net zero clinic on the city's east side has been constructed and will open to patients in January 2022. The 64,000 square foot building will be the newest and largest in the PCHC system.
