St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C., has an excellent full time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join an existing outpatient practice located in Clifton Park, New York.

The practice provides high quality health care services for the entire family and prides itself in providing complete care for all ages. Services include routine health maintenance, minor surgical procedures, joint injections, on-site laboratory and imaging services and social work services.

The practice is well established in the community and has provided outstanding health care for many years. Their caring and compassionate providers, nurses and support staff together boast more than 180 years of serving the Clifton Park community. Located in Saratoga County, the practice provides primary care in a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) setting. This practice is an NCQA Level 3 PCMH.

Applicants must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. New York State licensure and DEA required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
