CPA is currently hiring Psychiatrists to join our team in Boston, MA. We are actively recruiting Child and Adult Psychiatrists with various specialties.  We’re looking for great clinicians and fun colleagues to join our award-winning, multi-disciplinary team in Boston or Cambridge. Position can be 4 or 5 days. Ideal candidates will be down to earth, team oriented, collaborative, fun and flexible. A customer service mindset and the ability to work closely with psychologists and neuropsychologists are essential. **We offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy and a new psychiatrist would have the opportunity to offer this treatment.** Candidates must have a medical degree from an accredited school of medicine, must be board certified or board eligible, must hold a valid medical license (or be able to obtain) in the state of Massachusetts and must hold a valid DEA.

 

Telehealth:  For the safety of our staff, clients and community, CPA has transitioned to 100% off-site, out-of-office, remote work during the unprecedented COVID-19 crisis.  In response to the public’s need to access remote/virtual mental health care, we are expanding our Telehealth program immediately.  **Must reside in the greater Boston / Cambridge / Newton /Wellesley area.**

Position Requirements

  • Provide evaluation & treatment services for our high functioning clientele
  • Participate in supervision of our talented APRN staff as needed
  • Participate in weekly Psychopharmacology clinical meeting
  • Participate in weekly multi-disciplinary clinical team meeting with Psychology staff
  • Assist in continued development of Psychiatry programs at CPA
  • Participate in CPA training programs and meetings as needed
  • Contribute to fun, collaborative, and professional culture of CPA
