We are the premier private practice in the area; Reputable, well-respected, established in 1983. Very low staff turnover; more than half of our staff has been with us over 10 years.
Call is for the office only and as such it is extremely minimal. We see patients Monday –Thursday 8:30-4:00 and Fridays 8:30-12. Patient volume usually runs about 15-16 per full day depending on the number of new and return patients. We also perform EMGs, EEGs, Carotid Dopplers/TCDs, and chemodenervation in house. We hope to expand our services as well to meet the growing needs.
In house staff handles prior authorizations, precertification, insurance, billing, and patient phone calls.
Partnership option available as well as building buy-in. We offer retirement funding, medical insurance, and other benefits.
Augusta, GA is a beautiful city of over half a million in the metro area with a low cost of living, great schools, and vibrant entertainment opportunities. The chief mainstays of our local economy are the medical and legal industry, the nuclear energy sector, and we are home to the United States Army Cyber Command Center at Fort Gordon which offers enormous military and contract opportunities across several technology-focused fields. We are home to Augusta University which includes the Medical College of Georgia. There is also a growing entertainment industry presence for both film and television. We are perhaps best known, however, for annually hosting the Masters Golf tournament.
Must be BC/BE; we welcome general neurologists and those that are fellowship trained. Proficiency in electrodiagnostics is a plus as well as ability to read EEGs and dopplers.
We love coming to work everyday!
