The Manchester VA Medical Center is currently seeking a dynamic Physician to be Chief of Primary Care with proven leadership skills and a record of academic achievement who can build upon the strengths of our current clinical services.
The Chief will manage the full-time and part-time physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants delivering outpatient primary care in a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model in all Primary Care clinics and for working closely with Mental Health Service Line to incorporate "Primary Care Mental Health Integration" (PCMHI) staff in each primary care area. The Chief of Primary Care will also serve as a primary care provider for a relevant panel of Veterans.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am – 4:30 pm. 4 to 5 Saturdays per year for clinic may be required.
