Compensation: Base salary plus eligible for a productivity incentive bonus plan based on work production as measured by WRVU’s. A forgivable loan for educational debt will be considered. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance included.

Situation: Blessing Physician Services is a 180+ provider, multi-specialty group affiliated with the not-for-profit Blessing Hospital, the largest medical provider serving a 300,000 population regions composed of West Central Illinois, Northeast Missouri, and Southeast Iowa. The System operates Blessing Hospital, a 337-bed regional referral center in Quincy, Illinois, (population 50,000), Illini Community Hospital, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Pittsfield, Illinois, (population 4,300) and Blessing Health Keokuk, a 49-bed hospital in Keokuk, Iowa. Hannibal Clinic, a 60+ provider multi-specialty group in Hannibal, Missouri is also part of BHS. We also affiliate with and provide services to a number of smaller healthcare organizations in the region.
