  • Join a well-established, 100% physician owned team of 20 providers who focus on value based care
  • Outpatient Only, Weekends Off
  • Starting Salary of $240,000
  • Full and part-time positions available
  • Leadership positions available
  • 3 Clinic Locations - 2 in Joliet and 1 in Wilmington
  • Affiliated with 2 Hospitals - AMITA St. Joseph and Silver Cross
  • Nursing Home coverage is available, but not required 
  • Wired with electronic medical records
  • Patient Centered Medical Home Level 3
  • In house diagnostics and STAT labs to make diagnosis at point of care
  • Earning potential over $300,000
