The group has an immediate need for Urologists to join its highly successful, physician-owned specialty group.  Alignment with Lutheran Health Network, a well-established Fort Wayne, Indiana hospital system offers the opportunity to assume an existing patient and referral base.  Lutheran Health Network has plans for continued expansion in the Fort Wayne area which creates growth potential.

    Candidate Requirements

  • MD, DO or equivalent degree
  • Board Certification in Urology
  • The ability to obtain and maintain an Indiana Medical License 
  • The ability to obtain and maintain medical staff privileges at Urology of Indiana covered facilities
