Urgent Care Medicine Physician (M.D. or D.O.) for Temecula, CA

$1,800 per Shift - Up to $374,000/Yr. - 1099 Model with Malpractice and Tail, CME, & Medical Stipend

  • Family Medicine, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine trained physicians only
  • Practice a minimum of 14 shifts per month (12 clinical shifts and 2 on-call shifts), pick up more shifts, make more money
  • Sign-On Bonus of $25,000 with an Annual Retention Bonus of $20,000
  • Acuity is low, physicians see about 4-5 patients per hour ranging from newborns to geriatrics
  • All COVID-19 testing/treatment available as well as rapid testing available (results in 15 minutes) including Regenron IV
  • Outpatient procedures are a must, such as: ingrown nail removal, incision and drainage of abscesses, suturing, joint injection, etc.
  • All necessary equipment on sight within the clinic (X-ray, EKG, and point of care labs)
  • Practice alongside other physicians, advanced-level practitioners, MAs, RNs, and X-ray Techs
  • Excellent customer service and communication is a must
