AdventHealth Sebring has offered personalized healing and leading-edge treatments right in the Florida Heartland since 1948. Our three hospital locations  in Sebring, Lake Placid, and  Wauchula actively promote the eight universal aspects of CREATION Life  — Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook, and Nutrition. That means patients get a choice in their care decisions, including the option for a second opinion. Patients and their visitors can take a moment for quiet reflection and uplift their outlook in our hospital chapels. We also extend our mission throughout Florida's Heartland, partnering with local organizations and missions that help everyone in our community live healthier

We are within a two-hour drive from the metropolitan areas of Orlando, Tampa, and surrounding beaches.  Moderate temperatures, sunny days, golf courses and crystal freshwater lakes assure plenty to do year-round such as water sports and golfing.  Yet these are only partially responsible for our region's popularity.  Due to the area's low cost of living and its close proximity to Florida's best shopping, dining, and attractions, Highlands County is projected to sustain double-digit growth rates over the next five years.

We offer an excellent benefits package, retirement plan, CME allowances

AdventHealth is an affiliate of AdventHealthTampa and AdventHealth Orlando as our tertiary referral receiver.  Both are owned and operated by Adventist Health System, one of the country's largest faith-based hospital systems, running about 47 hospitals, 20 nursing homes, and 25 home health care agencies in nine states (mostly in the Southeast).  AHS bring years of experience in clinical excellence, community education, preventive medicine, financial management and extraordinary patient care  to a changing world of healthcare.  While the future will bring new medicines, technology, regulations and systems, the heart  and soul of  Adventist health care will always be people caring about people.
