We target all residents and job-seeking physicians within a 50-mile radius of each city with postcards sent directly to their homes.
Full-page and bellyband advertisements in PracticeLink Magazine enable us another way to reach physicians right where they are.
Program Coordinator Outreach
By partnering with program coordinators at residency and fellowship programs in and around each city, we spread the news of our job fairs with those in their programs.
Team members visit select programs before each event to meet with program coordinators, distribute fliers and hang posters. Our team members also promote select events on-site on the day of and the day before.
Social media advertisements
Our Facebook and LinkedIn ads target physicans and advanced practitioners in and around each city with information about the events and a link to RSVP.
We exhibit at 15+ specialty conferences every year—reaching physicians in the most in-demand specialties—and promoting our job fairs with signs and informational materials.
Our year-long email campaigns, which reach job-seeking physicians, NPs and PAs nationwide, promote our job fairs and workshops in each city.
Call center outreach
Our physician relations call center reaches out directly to our database of physicians and advanced practitioners with event invites and reminders.
On the day of each event, we text reminders to (opted-in) attendees to remind them about the job fair and encourage them to bring friends and colleagues.
