PracticeLink Live! Physician Job Fairs

Candidates come to learn how to navigate their job searches and meet you face to face. Our physician workshop outlines a 10-step timeline for residents and fellows, which includes CV writing, establishing references, interview prep, practice considerations, contract negotiations and more.

PracticeLink University Recruiter Workshops

This interactive course for in-house physician recruiters is worth 2.5 ASPR C.E.U. credits! It covers the effects of changing technology on recruitment, how to attract both active and passive candidates, and how to recruit strategically through multimedia.

How we spread the word

Wondering how we draw physicians, NPs and PAs? Here's a glimpse into our tactics:

Direct Mail

We target all residents and job-seeking physicians within a 140-mile radius of each city with postcards sent directly to their homes.

PracticeLink Magazine

Full-page and bellyband advertisements in PracticeLink Magazine enable us another way to reach physicians right where they are.

Program Coordinator Outreach

By partnering with program coordinators at residency and fellowship programs in and around each city, we spread the news of our job fairs with those in their programs.

On-site visits

Team members visit select programs before each event to meet with program coordinators, distribute fliers and hang posters. Our team members also promote select events on-site on the day of and the day before.

Social media advertisements

Our Facebook and LinkedIn ads target physicans and advanced practitioners in and around each city with information about the events and a link to RSVP.

Specialty Meetings

We exhibit at 15+ specialty conferences every year—reaching physicians in the most in-demand specialties—and promoting our job fairs with signs and informational materials.

Email campaigns

Our year-long email campaigns, which reach job-seeking physicians, NPs and PAs nationwide, promote our job fairs and workshops in each city.

Call center outreach

Our physician relations call center reaches out directly to our database of physicians and advanced practitioners with event invites and reminders.
