Chad Lemaire

I am an Air Force veteran who retired in December 2021 after 21 years. My last 11 years in the Air Force was in the recruiting field where I specialized in Physician recruiting as well as training physician recruiters. When I retired it was extremely important to me to find a company that has strong values, was mission driven and had a passion to give back to the community they serve. I have found this here at ChenMed, where they are focused on providing care to the neediest population and in communities that need VIP Health care the most. I not only have found a job, but I have found a home that brings me enjoyment as I work with amazing team members all working towards bringing amazing physicians into the ChenMed Family.
