In-House

I dare you to find someone with more energy, more passion and more of a relentless drive than I have! I grew up in Sacramento, CA and spent 10 years living in San Francisco and New York City before I moved back home at the end of 2012. I love fast-paced environments, being surrounded by highly motivated people and leading with a servant heart. I currently live in Auburn, CA with my husband and our two dogs. For my career, I get to work at an incredible non-profit, Chapa-De Indian Health, that's focused on providing holistic healthcare services for the underserved members in our community.

As the HR Manager, I get to lead and manage the routine functions of the human resources department including talent acquisition, training & development, performance management, compensation, compliance, employee relations, HRIS and leave management. I serve as a business partner to our department leaders.

Every day, I get massive fulfillment through working alongside highly compassionate and driven individuals that are focused on advancing the health and well-being of the underserved. Patient care and employee career enjoyment are our top priorities.

Team Member Benefit Highlights:
• Low Physician to Patient Ratio – We see only 16 patents per Provider per day! That’s typically less than half of other healthcare establishments and helps us provide excellent patient-centered holistic care.
• Monday – Friday Schedule, No On-Call
• Employer Paid Medical, Dental and Vision Health Insurance (PPO & HMO). Ability to cover 80% premium for dependents!
• PTO for general staff – 17 days annually and up to 27 days for Providers
• 10 Paid Holidays

Our non-profit health centers offer adult and pediatric primary medical care, nutrition and health education, women's health services, dental care, orthodontia, mental health counseling, psychiatry, optometry, and pharmacy services.

The mission of Chapa-De Indian Health is to advance the health and well-being of American Indians and low income individuals living in our communities by providing convenient access to high-quality, compassionate care.
