Konnie Gill

My name is Konnie Gill and together with  my business partner, Alice Gerard, we own and operate Gerard Gill Recruitment.

Both Alice and I have combined 60 years of Health Care experience; Alice as a Registered Nurse for 30 plus years with the last 7 years of her career as the President / CEO of McLaren Bay Region and me with 20 years as the Physician Recruiter at McLaren Bay Region.  Upon our retirement 2 years ago we started Gerard Gill Recruitment. 

We are working with Michigan hospitals to provide the best candidates available to fill their positions.  We are successful in doing this by working for both the hospital and the physician. We will make sure that the fit is perfect for all involved before we ever present your information to a client.  Family, job, community, schools, amenities - these are just some of the things that are most important when looking at opportunities and we will make sure it is a perfect fit for you and your family.
