Lisa Stevens joined Franciscan in 2005 as a CNA at St. Margaret’s in Hammond, IN. In 2005, Lisa transferred to the Franciscan Physician Network as a Quality Specialist and joined the Physician & Provider Services team in 2017.  She is the Physician & Provider Liaison for the Northern and South Suburban Chicago divisions currently working in Crown Point and the surrounding areas, Chicago Heights and Olympia Fields. Lisa enjoys having the opportunity to bring quality physicians and advanced practice providers to an amazing organization.  She grew up in Illinois, adores spending time with her two sons, friends, and her extended Italian family.
