Becca Petry is a Sourcer with Baptist Health Medical Group in Kentucky and southern Indiana. She works closely in residency and fellowship program outreach, process development, and sourcing hard to fill positions. Her favorite part about working in Physician Recruitment is helping Physicians find a practice opportunity that allows them to live their best lives both professionally and personally. 

JOANIE LUSTIG, TODAY’S PODCAST GUEST

Joanie Lustig has had extensive experience with Physician Recruitment for over 20 years, having worked for the largest health systems in Kentucky.  She has been involved with all facets of recruitment from sourcing candidates to managing site visits, contract negotiations and onboarding.   She currently leads the Sourcing team for the Baptist Health system. Her interest is in keeping up with Physician Recruitment trends and helping physicians find their ideal practice opportunities.
